The residential complex "New Okkervil" is being built in the Vsevolzhsky district, at the intersection of Leningradskaya and Oblastnaya streets in Kudrovo, almost on the very border of St. Petersburg. You can buy an apartment in the residential complex “New Okkervil” from the developer “Otdelstroy” on a mortgage, by installments or immediately paying 100 percent of the amount.

In parallel with the construction of residential buildings, infrastructure facilities are also being built. A modern school for one and a half thousand students and one kindergarten has already been commissioned, and the second will open in 2016.

The Center for General Medical Practice operates in a multi-functional new building, and a clinic is half a kilometer away. On the territory of the residential complex "New Okkervil" there is a 24-hour hypermarket, a large number of shops and other commercial facilities. This greatly increases the cost per square meter of housing in the complex.
