Remove these photos, I have been living in this residential complex since June 2022 and there has never been such finishing, chandeliers, consoles, such doors and sofas here, and there definitely won't be with our management company! Instead, there are 34 garbage bins standing in the center of the yard day and night, and the management won't let us get rid of them. Crows are swarming. The entire yard is filled with residents' cars under the windows and even a tractor year-round. I advise against opening the windows to the yard, as it brings in garbage that can sit from Friday to Sunday. The janitors leave early, and we have to deal with the smell. So we invite everyone to come and laugh. For heating, the common area charge is nearly 1000 rubles a month, which is normal, and for the common area electricity, it's also three skins. The whole yard is lit with floodlights every 2 meters, brighter at night than during the day, a complete waste of electricity. In 4 years, the management company has not held a single meeting with the residents! They are absolutely unresponsive to our opinions, requests, and literally pleas. So think about whether it's worth living here. And we are stuck, so stuck.
