About the project

"Defans" - three 19-23-storey business-class houses from the "Leader Group" in the Moscow region. The new building will appear at the intersection of Yuri Gagarin Avenue with Tipanova Street, near the Chesmenskaya electrical substation.

Architecture and landscaping

The architectural project was developed by Studio 44 by Nikita Yavein and is a variation on the Great Arch of Johan Sprehelsen in a suburb of Paris. Arch-shaped houses are united by a common stylobate with a gallery. Facades with French windows and balconies feature large glazed areas with light golden lintels. In the halls will perform designer finishes.
