About the project

The residential complex Aria is a stylish nine-storey new building with an individual architectural appearance and modern design of layouts of large comfortable business class apartments.

Where is located

Aria residential complex in Nur-Sultan is being built on the left bank in the prestigious Esil district on the street. Alikhan Bokeikhanov, just a kilometer from the famous Botanical Garden.

This is a developed part of the capital, where there is everything necessary for life and varied recreation of a modern city dweller. Significant objects of the capital are located nearby, including the Arc de Triomphe.

Literally in 2-5 minutes walk from the complex there are various shops, cozy cafes and coffee shops, restaurants of local and European cuisine, pastry shops, 24-hour supermarkets, pharmacies, bank branches.

Within a kilometer radius are kindergartens "Daryn" No. 15, "Pineapple", Seed school, "Karlygash", No. 78 "Asyl", secondary school No. 75, international school, academy of choreography.

In ten minutes you can drive to Expo 2017, Mega Silk Way shopping and entertainment center, Nazarbayev University, Magnum Cash & Carry grocery hypermarket.

Transport connection

Ground transportation is organized along Alikhan Bokeikhanov Street and Mangilik El Avenue - the nearest stop is only 20 meters away. Near the new building are the routes of buses No. 15, No. 18, No. 35, No. 46, No. 54, No. 70, which run at a minimum interval of ten minutes.

The Saparzhai bus station is twelve kilometers away, and the Nurly Zhol railway station is nine kilometers away. The road to the international airport "Nursultan Nazarbayev" by car will take at least twenty minutes.

Complex characteristics

The new building consists of four entrances and is being constructed using advanced technologies and modern materials that meet international standards, as well as provide high seismic resistance of the structure.

The building has a monolithic foundation and a reinforced concrete monolithic frame. The flat, unexploited roof is covered with roll waterproofing and equipped with internal gutters.

Although there are busy roads next to the new building, residents will not be bothered by the noise of a car, because the facade of the house is insulated with an environmentally friendly durable heat insulator and faced with a fiber cement slab, which ensures good heat and sound insulation of the apartments.

Special baskets for air conditioners are installed on the facade, and the project also provides for night illumination.

Panoramic windows provide good natural light. They are made of a multi-chamber metal-plastic profile, glazed with energy-saving glass units and equipped with a complex opening system.

The hall and common areas are being designed using expensive materials and components. In the new building, noiseless elevators of increased carrying capacity are installed, the necessary engineering communications are connected, waiting areas are equipped and there is a convenient navigation system.

Improvement of the residential complex "Aria"

In the closed adjoining territory, which is equipped with 24-hour video surveillance cameras, conditions are created for the barrier-free movement of people with limited mobility.

The complex has a safe children's play area with slides and swings, a recreation area with a gazebo and a field for football and sports training fenced with a net.

On the ground floor of the building there are commercial premises for urban and private infrastructure.

Driveways and pedestrian paths are arranged near the house, lawns are broken, ornamental plants and trees are planted, guest parking is being arranged. An underground parking is being built for residents' cars.
