Features of the complex

The construction of the residential complex is carried out in three stages. The complex has a height of twelve to sixteen floors, and was designed taking into account the local climate and requirements for seismic resistance of the structure.

The new building has a reliable monolithic reinforced concrete frame and a flat roof, equipped with a system of internal gutters and covered with soft roll waterproofing.

External walls are constructed from gas blocks. The external finishing of the facade is carried out in an eye catching modern style. Its laconicism, noble simplicity and geometry of forms, wrapped in warm shades - a tribute to traditional reliability and progressive manufacturability. Clinker bricks and fiber cement panels are used for cladding. Baskets for air conditioners are installed on the facades.
