Location

Residential complex Al-Farabi in Shymkent is being built near the intersection of Nursultan Nazarbayev Avenue and Shayakhmetov Street. The favorable location of the new building in the cultural, business and administrative center of the city will make living here as convenient as possible.

The surroundings of the new building have good ecology, despite the fact that there is a busy highway nearby. The Shymkent Arboretum is 2.5 km away.

The surroundings of the complex

Within a kilometer radius there are shops, pharmacies, the KadyrAli kindergarten, the Shanin drama theater, the Korme exhibition center, the Turkestan palace, a library, a school named after Nazarbayev, Metro grocery hypermarket, bars and restaurants, Rhythmic Gymnastics Center, Polyclinic No. 3 and Rahima Plaza shopping center.

At a distance of two kilometers there is a children's clinical hospital, secondary school No. 80, a sports complex, kindergarten No. 5 "Nursat".

About traffic interchange

The nearest stop is 200 meters away - buses No. 14, No. 20, No. 78, No. 147, No. 150 run along Nursultan Nazarbayev Avenue with a minimum interval of twenty minutes.

The Samal bus station is at a distance of eight kilometers, and the Shymkent railway station is 8.5 km away. The airport can be reached in half an hour by car.

Features of the new building

Residential complex Al-Farabi consists of six houses up to sixteen floors high, which are being built in two stages.

The developer uses monolithic-frame technology, which guarantees the necessary strength and durability of the structure, allowing it to offer many options for original ergonomic housing layouts. Environmentally friendly materials used by the company ensure a high quality of life.

The walls are built from gas blocks and insulated with a durable heat insulator. Outside, the walls are faced with hinged facade panels, granite and travertine. On the facades, special baskets are provided for the installation of air conditioners.

The buildings have a flat roof with a soft roll waterproofing coating, equipped with internal gutters. Night illumination of the facades is planned.

Panoramic windows made of metal-plastic profiles with energy-saving single-chamber double-glazed windows are installed in the apartments. There are large glazed balconies.

According to the project, designer finishing of halls, front doors and common areas is being carried out. A restrained and laconic oriental concept using natural colors, paintings, patterns and gold was chosen for the interior decoration.

The new building is equipped with noiseless high-speed elevators, a modern fire-prevention system, the necessary technological equipment, central utilities, including a heating system.

The complex has separate storage and stroller rooms. Glazed doors are installed at the entrances to the entrances. The necessary conditions for the barrier-free movement of persons with disabilities are provided.

Improvement of the territory

The buildings form a large courtyard closed to vehicles. CCTV cameras are installed along the entire perimeter of the territory. Walking alleys paved with paving slabs and paths for strollers and bicycles are being laid here.

Children's playgrounds with swings and slides, sports grounds with outdoor exercise equipment and cozy recreation areas with gazebos are being built in the courtyard. For fans of football, basketball and other sports games, a playground fenced with a metal mesh is being built.

Landscaping of the territory is carried out using landscape design - flower beds are broken, ornamental shrubs and various trees are planted. The courtyard is illuminated by street lamps.

A large underground parking is being built for residents' cars. The first level of the complex is reserved for the placement of offices, shops, pharmacies, beauty salons.
