A three-sectional house with a height of sixteen to nineteen floors is built from environmentally friendly high-quality materials using advanced technologies. During its design, the features of the local climate and the seismic activity of the region were taken into account. The building will have a reinforced concrete monolithic foundation and a monolithic frame, providing the necessary seismic resistance of the structure.

The outer walls of the gas block are insulated with a durable heat insulator, which guarantees good heat and sound insulation characteristics of the housing. The facade is finished with high quality materials in brown and white colors. 

In each section, silent high-speed passenger and passenger-and-freight elevators are installed. The building is equipped with all utilities that meet international standards. High-quality finishing of common areas is carried out. 

Features of improvement 

Near the house pedestrian paths covered with paving slabs and wide paved driveways are arranged, and places for temporary parking of motor vehicles are allocated. A large underground parking is also under construction for car residents.
