According to the project, the residential complex "Inzhu City" will include four multi-section nine-storey buildings, designed in a single modern style, taking into account the climate and seismic activity of the region.

The buildings are constructed using high quality materials and proven technologies to achieve high levels of energy efficiency.

Each house has a flat, unexploited roof, which is covered with soft waterproofing and equipped with a system of internal gutters. The outside walls are laid with bricks. Building facades are insulated with an environmentally friendly heat insulator. Also, the project provides for night illumination of the facade, which will give the new building a spectacular look and presentability in the dark.

The public spaces of the buildings are designed using high quality materials. A quiet comfortable elevator is installed at each entrance. The complex is equipped with the necessary technological equipment, utilities connected to the city's networks, including a central heating system.
