The buildings have a reliable frame, which is constructed of monolithic reinforced concrete. The buildings will have a flat roof equipped with drainage systems, covered with soft roll waterproofing. The facades are insulated with mineral wool slabs, faced with travertine and decorated in discreet beige, brown and gray shades.

The buildings are equipped with the necessary communications, technological equipment and fire-fighting systems. Noiseless high-speed elevators are installed in the entrances. At the entrances, doors are installed with intercoms. The design of the entrance groups and common areas is being carried out.

Landscaping

Residential buildings form a spacious courtyard closed to outsiders. Round-the-clock video surveillance cameras are installed throughout the territory, an access control system is provided.

The project envisages a large-scale landscaping of the territory - ornamental trees and plants will be planted here, flower beds will be laid out.
