The Lafayette residential complex in Almaty is being built in the Nauryzbay region at 110/1 Seydimbek street, not far from the Alibi City Park forest park. This is an ecologically clean area with numerous green spaces and the purest mountain air.

The complex consists of fourteen houses with a height of three floors, designed in the French style. The total area of ​​the building plot is 2.3 hectares. The residential complex successfully combines sophistication, modern solutions and European quality standards.

The houses have a solid foundation and a reinforced concrete monolithic frame, which provides a nine-point seismic resistance of the structure. The external walls are constructed from a durable aerated block and insulated with a mineral wool slab, and natural stone is used for facing the ventilated facade.

The sophisticated architecture of the complex distinguishes it favorably against the background of local buildings - majestic facades are decorated with cornices, stained glass windows in the French style, stucco moldings and small balconies with intricate wrought-iron fences.

The aesthetics of France is also present inside the new building, the front and entrance groups of which are designed according to the author's project using high-quality and environmentally friendly materials. Porcelain stoneware is used to cover the floor, and the walls are plastered and finished with designer 3D panels.

Despite the low number of storeys, comfortable low-noise elevators are installed in each entrance. The complex provides for a modern fire alarm system and an autonomous heating system. Moreover, the developer provides a guarantee for heating communications.

Tempered glass doors with an electronic key system are installed at the entrance to the house. Another important feature of the complex is its own service company.

Beautification

Landscaping of the territory of the residential complex "Lafayette" is being carried out - ornamental shrubs are planted and flower beds are broken. The total green area will be about 6100 square meters.

A large underground parking is being built for 200 cars. In addition, an additional 50 places are allocated on the territory for temporary parking of guest vehicles. Around the new building there is a special fire-prevention passage, along which you can enter the parking lot.

The territory of the complex is fenced and closed to outsiders - at the entrance there is a barrier and an access system. Also, 24-hour video surveillance cameras are installed, and the security service is responsible for the safety of residents.
