About the project

The residential complex Gul-Ana is an original project of a new economy class building with comfortable apartments of an ergonomic layout and a landscaped area.

Location of the new building

Residential complex Gul-Ana in Almaty is being built in the dynamically developing Zhetysu district in the square of Krylov, Skryabin, Goncharev streets and Raiymbek avenue.

The complex is located in a green area with dense residential buildings, the infrastructure necessary for a modern city dweller and a convenient transport interchange. A busy road is about 100 meters away and an industrial plant is 400 meters away.

Surrounding infrastructure

Near the new building there is a post office, grocery stores, a bar, fast food and cafe, supermarkets, beauty salons, shopping and entertainment center Maxima, cinema "Illusion-Maxima", dental clinic, pharmacies, bank branches, flower shop, gas station. The grocery hypermarket is less than one and a half kilometers away.

In 5-8 minutes walk there are secondary schools №14, №66, №190, nursery-kindergarten №130, №163, kindergarten №4 "Akku" and Shalqar.

About transport accessibility

Traffic near the new building is organized along Goncharova Street and Raiymbek Avenue - 150 meters to the bus stop. Here with a minimum interval of ten minutes buses No. 4, No. 7, No. 10, No. 11, No. 40, No. 50, No. 54, No. 63A, No. 72, No. 78, No. 88, No. 133, No. 141 run. To the metro station "Alatau" just over three kilometers.

The international airport can be reached by car in half an hour. The Sairan bus station is 4.5 km from the new building, and the Almaty-2 railway station is located at a distance of less than five kilometers.

Characteristics of the new building

According to the project, the Gul Ana residential complex is being built in four stages and will consist of twelve-storey buildings. The buildings are designed taking into account the local seismic activity and the climatic characteristics of the region.

The houses are built using advanced technology - the reinforced concrete monolithic frame of the new building provides high seismic resistance of the structure. Houses have a flat roof covered with soft roll waterproofing. The outer walls are insulated with a durable, environmentally friendly heat insulator and covered with decorative plaster.

The apartments have open glazed balconies. Windows are installed in PVC profiles with energy-saving double-glazed windows, which, in combination with the insulated facade, provide the necessary heat and sound insulation of the housing.

The buildings are equipped with passenger and freight elevators, modern utilities, central heating systems and fire alarms.

Beautification

The buildings that make up the complex are located opposite each other and form partly closed cozy courtyards. Driveways and pedestrian paths are laid between the houses, parking spaces for temporary parking of cars are provided. Under construction is an underground parking for residents' cars, designed for 176 cars.

The territory of the new building is being equipped taking into account the needs of people with limited mobility - barrier-free conditions are created for their free movement. The security service is responsible for the safety of residents.

The courtyards are equipped with play areas for children, recreation areas for adults and sports grounds with outdoor exercise equipment. Trees are planted on the territory, lawns are broken, street lighting is installed.
