About the project

The residential complex Aru Қala is a new building of variable number of storeys with comfort-class apartments, a landscaped area and its own infrastructure.

Location

Residential complex "Aru Kala" is included in the complex development of the Green Line territory.

The new district will expand the boundaries of the city center, linking the disparate parts of the capital. Large-scale development will be carried out in modern architecture, with a well-thought-out infrastructure and transport interchange, which will make the life of residents and guests of the area more comfortable. The continuation of the main boulevard of the country - "Nurzhol" will become a landmark element of this territory.

Soon, the new district will be filled with residential and public buildings, parks, schools, green alleys and bike paths. Thousands of happy families will fill the area, forming a new generation of modern people.

The Green Mall shopping center, Magnum supermarket, Invictus fitness club are already operating on the territory, and a cinema is planned to open at the end of 2020. The construction of the new school is scheduled for the end of 2021.

Aru Аala residential complex in Nur-Sultan is being built on the Left Bank in the Esil region within the boundaries of Kayim Mukhamedkhanov streets, E-305, E-10 and Turan avenue. Gasykar Park is located two kilometers from the new building, and just over 2.5 km to the Central Park. Lake Taldykol is located at a distance of three kilometers.

This is an actively developing part of the capital, there is all the necessary infrastructure nearby and there are no large industrial enterprises. There is a busy motorway next to the property.

Surroundings of the new building

Nearby there is a grocery store, a supermarket, a cafe, a lyceum school №79, kindergartens "Kyz Zhibek" and №88, a beauty salon.

At a distance of two kilometers there is a large shopping center Green Mall, a fitness center, a bar. The Khan Shatyr shopping and entertainment center, a coffee shop, fast food outlets, restaurants, boutiques, bank branches, pharmacies, Astana Opera, Saryarqa shopping center, Novolife clinic and a dental clinic are located 2.5 km away.

Just ten minutes away by car is the oceanarium, the Ailand water park, the capital's circus, the KeruenCity shopping and entertainment center, and the Astana International University.

Transport accessibility

The stop on K. Mukhamedkhanov Street is 340 meters away - here with an interval of ten minutes bus number 56 and several fixed-route taxis run.

The railway station "Nur-Sultan-1" and the bus station "Saparzhai" are located eight kilometers away. The international airport "Nursultan Nazarbayev" is less than half an hour away by car.

Features and characteristics of the new building

Residential complex Aru ala is a new building with a height of nine to twelve floors, designed taking into account the seismic activity of the region, during the construction of which reliable brick technology is used.

During construction, external brick walls are insulated with a durable heat insulator, which, together with energy-saving glazing of windows, ensures good energy efficiency of housing. The cladding of the outer surface of the walls at the level of the first floor is carried out using clinker bricks. The facade will be decorated in restrained colors, it will also be finished with fiber cement panels and decorative ornaments of HPL panels.

Halls and common areas are being designed. The new building provides through entrances, the entrance to which is at ground level.

The complex is equipped with passenger elevators of increased carrying capacity and the necessary technological equipment, modern engineering communications are connected.

Beautification principles

According to the project, the Aru Gala complex will have a cozy courtyard closed to outsiders, divided into zones. Throughout the territory, the necessary conditions are created for the barrier-free movement of citizens with disabilities and other low-mobility groups of the population.

Walkways covered with paving slabs are arranged in the courtyard, and asphalt driveways are laid around the new building. Landscaping of the territory is carried out - trees and ornamental shrubs are planted, flower beds are broken, lawns are sown with grass. Modern mosquito lights are being installed.

Underground parking is being built for residents' cars. The courtyard features a large children's play area, seating areas and an outdoor exercise area. There is a fenced area for volleyball and other sports games.

The lower floor of the complex is reserved for commercial premises, which will house shops, cafes, offices - the entrance is organized from the side of the street.
