Residential complex "Aru Kala" is included in the complex development of the Green Line territory.

The new district will expand the boundaries of the city center, linking the disparate parts of the capital. Features and characteristics of the new building

Residential complex Aru ala is a new building with a height of nine to twelve floors, designed taking into account the seismic activity of the region, during the construction of which reliable brick technology is used.

During construction, external brick walls are insulated with a durable heat insulator, which, together with energy-saving glazing of windows, ensures good energy efficiency of housing. The cladding of the outer surface of the walls at the level of the first floor is carried out using clinker bricks. The facade will be decorated in restrained colors, it will also be finished with fiber cement panels and decorative ornaments of HPL panels.

Halls and common areas are being designed. The new building provides through entrances, the entrance to which is at ground level.

The complex is equipped with passenger elevators of increased carrying capacity and the necessary technological equipment, modern engineering communications are connected.

Beautification principles

According to the project, the Aru Gala complex will have a cozy courtyard closed to outsiders, divided into zones. Throughout the territory, the necessary conditions are created for the barrier-free movement of citizens with disabilities and other low-mobility groups of the population.

Walkways covered with paving slabs are arranged in the courtyard, and asphalt driveways are laid around the new building. Landscaping of the territory is carried out - trees and ornamental shrubs are planted, flower beds are broken, lawns are sown with grass. Modern mosquito lights are being installed.

Underground parking is being built for residents' cars. The courtyard features a large children's play area, seating areas and an outdoor exercise area. There is a fenced area for volleyball and other sports games.

The lower floor of the complex is reserved for commercial premises, which will house shops, cafes, offices - the entrance is organized from the side of the street.
