About the project

Location

The new building is being constructed in the Saryarka district of the capital near the intersection of Akan Sera and Tlendieva streets. This is an area with dense residential buildings - both apartment buildings and a plot with private cottage-type houses adjoin the complex.

The nearest major highway is about half a kilometer away, so the residents of the new building will not be disturbed by traffic noise. Nevertheless, next to the residential complex there is a road, along which you can quickly get to the desired part of Nur-Sultan.

In the neighborhood of the residential complex there is all the infrastructure necessary for a modern city dweller, including secondary school No. 65, grocery stores, 24-hour supermarkets, a business center, a bar, a cafe, a gas station and a city clinic No. 5.

Within a kilometer radius there is a shopping center "Rakhmet", a fast food establishment, restaurants, bank branches, pharmacies, beauty salons. In fifteen minutes you can walk to kindergartens "Botakan" and Asem-Ai.

In 10-12 minutes by car there is a school №18, gymnasiums №65, №67, №80, lyceums №15 and №60, medical university "Astana", lyceum "Bilim-innovation". It will take about a quarter of an hour to get to the Central Park, the aquarium, the water park, the Stolichny circus and the KeruenCity shopping and entertainment center.

Transport accessibility

From the new building there is a convenient exit to Nurgisy Tlendiev Avenue, which is 540 meters away. Near the residential complex there is a public transport stop - along Akan Sera street, with a minimum interval of fifteen minutes, there are bus routes No. 39, No. 64, No. 71, No. 81.

The railway station "Nur-Sultan-1" and the bus station "Saparzhai" are just over three kilometers away. Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport is 40 minutes away by car.

Parameters of the new complex

Residential complex "Akan Sery" in Nur-Sultan - two seven-storey buildings, which are designed in a modern style with elements of classical architecture, taking into account the seismic activity of the region and the necessary international construction standards.

The developer uses environmentally friendly materials that meet modern standards. The construction is carried out using proven technologies that guarantee good energy performance of buildings.

The walls are built of bricks, the facade is insulated with a durable heat insulator. The new building is decorated in discreet gray, beige and brown colors. The project provides for the night illumination of the facade.

A quiet, reliable elevator is installed in each section. The buildings are equipped with modern utilities and fire alarms, as well as a central heating system. Intercom systems are installed at the entrance to the entrances.
