About the project

Residential complex Paris is a multi-section building with apartments of various layouts and formats, located one kilometer from the banks of the Ishim River.

Location of the new building

Residential complex Paris in Nur-Sultan is being built in the Komsomolsky-2 microdistrict at st. Umai Ana, 15. From here it is less than two kilometers to the Central Park. The rather busy Kurgalzhinskoe highway passes a hundred meters from the new building, however, there are no large industrial enterprises or a railway nearby.

Infrastructure

Near the residential complex there are Qsi secondary school, Medicare clinic, Kulsay food market, Paralympic training center, several auto centers, as well as various shops, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket.

Within a kilometer radius there are kindergartens "Merey", Junior, "Kyz Zhibek", No. 88, "Asem-ai", "Murzilka", school-lyceum No. 79 and lyceum "Stolichny".

Transport interchange

The nearest stop is 200 meters away. Buses No. 17, 35, 36, 44, 300, 305 and 312 go along the Kurgalzhinskoe highway - the movement is organized with a minimum interval of thirteen minutes.

The distance to the Nurly Zhol railway station is twelve kilometers, and the Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport can be reached in half an hour by car.

Complex parameters

Residential complex "Paris" is an eight-storey building of six sections, the upper floor of which is made in the form of an attic. The building was designed taking into account the peculiarities of the local climate and new requirements for energy efficiency of residential real estate.

The new business class building is being constructed using brick technology, which provides both good strength of the entire structure and a decent level of comfort. Brick is used as the main building material, the building is insulated with a durable heat insulator, which guarantees high noise and heat insulation characteristics of the housing.

The house is designed in a classic style and decorated in beige and brown colors. The new building is decorated with various decorative elements, cornices, arched windows and balconies with panoramic glazing. The upper floor has open balconies with wrought iron railing.

The sections are equipped with noiseless comfortable elevators with increased carrying capacity. The building is connected to the central city utilities. Entrance groups are equipped with awnings, intercoms are installed at the doors.

Beautification

According to the development plan, the residential complex "Paris" will have a fully landscaped adjoining territory. Recreation areas will be equipped here and a large underground parking will be built. Ground places are allocated for temporary car parking.

The territory of the complex will be illuminated with modern lanterns, ornamental plants and trees are planted, lawns are broken, pedestrian paths and asphalt driveways are laid.
