The distance from the new building to the center is about fourteen kilometers.

Transport infrastructure

Architecture and basic parameters

The residential complex "Sofia" is 14 six-storey apartment buildings designed in an industrial style.

The buildings are constructed from modern high-quality materials using advanced technologies that provide high performance characteristics of housing at a low cost of operation. Each house has a reinforced concrete monolithic frame that meets the requirements for the construction of buildings located in an earthquake zone.

The outer walls are insulated with an environmentally friendly durable heat insulator that provides good energy efficiency and a decent level of comfort. The façade is clad with hinged aluminum ventilated panels; splitter tiles are used for cladding the basement of the building.

Windows and balcony doors are glazed with energy-saving double-glazed windows in metal-plastic bindings. All balconies have tempered glass stained glass.

The buildings are equipped with modern technological equipment, silent comfortable elevators are installed in the entrances.

Landscaping includes:
