The Megapoli residential complex in Almaty is being built on Shalyapin street in the well-developed Auezov district, where there is all the infrastructure necessary for a metropolitan resident. The project was created taking into account the peculiarities of the local climate and the seismic activity of the region. The new building has a reinforced concrete monolithic frame. The outer walls are insulated with an effective heat insulator; special baskets are provided for the installation of air conditioners on the facade.

Entrance lobbies are located at ground level, which provides barrier-free movement of people with disabilities. Glazed doors are installed at the entrances. Halls and common areas are being designed. Each section has pantries for storing seasonal items.

It is planned to install passenger and cargo low-noise elevators, modern utilities, fire alarms and connect a central heating system.

Beautification

On the adjoining territory, all conditions are created for the recreation of residents and the entertainment of children. A children's playground with a safe surface is being equipped in the courtyard, and recreation areas with gazebos and landscape gardening are being set up for adults - decorative trees are planted, flower beds are broken.
