About the project

Atlant Residential Complex is a large-scale project from the NOVEC developer. 12 buildings in a modern style are combined into 8 groups and designed taking into account the capabilities of advanced building technologies and the market needs for comfortable housing.

Location 

RC Atlant is being built on 127 Makatayev Street, near the intersection with ul. Muratbaeva. The distance to the city akimat does not exceed five kilometers.

What's around 

The area has a well-established shopping and entertainment infrastructure. There is a grocery store, a bar and a business center next door. In a few minutes you can walk to the Mega Park shopping center with a cinema and shops of various profiles.

Kids will be able to visit one of the preschool institutions near the house. Among them are nursery schools No. 43, 21, 41, kindergartens "Dostar", "Bunny", "Bastau". You can get school education nearby in lyceum №24, schools №16, 95, gymnasium №15, "Dostar", "Zeynep". From universities, the Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical University, Caspian University, and the Finance and Banking Academy are nearby. 

Road junction 

Near the complex there is a bus stop - traffic is organized with an interval of thirty minutes. There is another stop on Raiymbek Avenue, six hundred meters away - buses run on two dozen routes here. Also, future new settlers will be able to easily walk 20-25 minutes to the metro stations Raiymbek Batyra and Zhybek Zholy.

Architecture 

RC Atlant in Almaty is 12 buildings with a height of thirteen floors. Combined in eight sections, they form a holistic architectural ensemble in the style of high-tech. Houses are built from environmentally friendly materials in accordance with modern standards of energy efficiency. The basis is a monolithic-frame construction technology. Aerated concrete blocks are used to make the outer walls. The facades are additionally insulated with mineral plates, and decorative “Munich” plaster is used for their decor. The use of several shades of gray in the color of buildings adds to the residential complex style and modernity.

The houses are equipped with silent high-speed elevators and modern engineering systems. The heat supply in the buildings is central. 

Beautification 

In the courtyard there will be a safe children's playground, sports ground and relaxation area. Residents will be able to leave their cars in the territory of a spacious two-level underground parking or in the nearby guest parking. Also on the territory is planned the appearance of a children's educational center, shops, a beauty salon and other infrastructure facilities.
