The Osada Złotnicka investment is an estate of multi-family buildings in the western part of Wrocław, surrounded by green areas, but also within the metropolitan infrastructure.

Location

The investment is located in Wrocław's Złotniki, on the Bystrzyca River and its tributary, the Rynka River, at the intersection of Kosmonautów and Złotnicka Streets. A characteristic feature of the village is low-rise buildings and the proximity of parks. The estate is located approx. 10 km from the Wrocław Market Square (in a straight line) and 4.2 km from the Nicolaus Copernicus.

The vicinity of the investment

In the immediate vicinity of the estate there are local grocery stores, a pharmacy (100 m), a pastry shop, a café, a hairdresser, a fitness club (600 m), a gas station (300 m), and a bank branch (650 m). Within 2 km there are supermarkets (Lidl, Biedronka), restaurants, pizzerias, post office, clinics, other retail and service points. There are nurseries and kindergartens within no more distances. The nearest primary school is 1 km away. There are numerous secondary schools within the district. In the vicinity of the estate, there are numerous walking, recreational and historic areas, including Złotnicki Park (700 m) with a playground, Leśnicki Park with a Castle and a pond, and Leśnickie Ponds with a beach. There are bicycle paths and parking lots for bicycles in the area.

Architecture

The Osada Złotnicka estate is a complex of 4-storey, intimate multi-family buildings with classic architecture, with a high attic under a sloping graphite roof. Bright facades in a combination of white and gray are partially enriched with elements of wood and clinker tiles. The regular layout of the buildings creates two internal courtyards.

The infrastructure of the estate

The estate is closed and arranged in greenery. Sidewalks and driveways are paved with concrete cubes. The tenants have at their disposal underground and above-ground parking spaces, storage rooms. There is a playground for children on the premises. Some of the rooms on the ground floor are intended for service premises. Each building is equipped with elevators.

Communication

The location of the estate allows for quick access to the center and other parts of Wrocław. In close proximity (150 m), on ul. Kosmonautów, there are bus stops - Złotnicka (line 102) and tram - Wschowska (lines 3, 10, 20). At the stop at ul. Złotnicka, next to the estate, buses line 148 and 253 stop. Kosmonautów Street is part of the national road no. 94. The “Wrocław Leśnica” railway station is located 2 km from the estate.

About apartments

The investment consists of 2, 3 and 4-room apartments of various sizes from 36 m2 to 74 m2. All flats on the upper floors have large balconies, and the apartments on the ground floor have gardens. The apartments are equipped with intercoms.
