About the project

Residential complex "Otan-2" is a multi-apartment new building, which is designed taking into account the need for modern comfortable housing that does not require high maintenance costs, and is being constructed using classical technologies in a developing area of ​​the capital.

Location

Residential complex "Otan-2" in Nur-Sultan is being built on the Right Bank in the Almaty region between Baitursynov and A77 streets. There is a busy motorway near the new building. The complex is located next to the cottage building site. There are no industrial plants nearby. From here, just over four kilometers to the President's Park.

Environment

Near the residential complex there is all the necessary infrastructure, including a pharmacy, grocery stores, cafes, and the Astana Medical Center. Within a kilometer radius there is a sushi bar, restaurants and fast food establishments, a bank branch, a gymnasium school No. 86, a kindergarten, secondary schools No. 13, No. 57, and the Bereke shopping center.

Transport connection

The stop can be reached in three minutes. Bus number 32 runs along Baitursynov Street. Also, next to the new building are the routes of buses No. 2, No. 11, No. 48 and No. 50. The minimum interval between the arrival of a vehicle at a stop is ten minutes.

The Nurly Zhol railway station is one and a half kilometers away. The Sairan bus station is about twelve kilometers away. International airport "Nursultan Nazarbayev" is located half an hour away by car.

Features of the complex

Residential complex "Otan-2" is designed in a modern style with elements of classical architecture. The complex consists of two houses - the first seven-story building of fourteen sections was commissioned in 2018. The completion of the construction of the second house is scheduled for 2021.

The buildings have a flat roof with an internal drain, covered with a soft roll waterproofing. The new building is being constructed using brick technology. Good energy efficiency indicators are achieved by mineral wool insulation of external walls built from aerated concrete blocks and bricks.

Internal partitions are constructed from eco-blocks. The facade is faced with plaster and granite, decorated with pilasters, cornices and various decorative elements.

According to the project, the houses are equipped with:

noiseless elevators with increased carrying capacity;

central heating system;

modern technological equipment;

intercom system.

Measures are being taken to create conditions for people with limited mobility.

About improvement

Sections of the complex form a closed, cozy courtyard. The lower floors of the new building are reserved for shops, cafes and other infrastructure facilities - the entrance to commercial premises is located from the street side.

On the adjoining territory, video surveillance cameras are installed, and a security service is working in the residential complex. In the yard there is a large playground with swings, a field fenced with a metal net for football and other sports games. A recreation area with gazebos, benches and small architectural forms has been arranged for residents.

In the courtyard and on the outside of the new building there are ground parking lots for guest vehicles, while residents can leave their cars in the underground parking. Near the houses there are wide asphalted driveways and footpaths covered with paving slabs.

Ornamental shrubs and trees have been planted, flower beds are laid out. The entire area is illuminated with modern street lamps.
