About the project

Urker City residential complex is a multi-section modern building of small floors with small-sized apartments of a modern format, under construction in a new developing area.

Where is

ZhK Urker City in Astana is located in the Urker microdistrict near the Kurgalzhinsky highway, thirteen kilometers from the city akimat.

In the vicinity of the new building, good ecology, nearby is the Green Belt.

Complex environment

Building specifications

LCD Urker City is a five-section four-story U-shaped house built from modern environmentally friendly materials using brick technology.

The building has a flat roof, its walls are built from aerated concrete blocks of the Ecoton company, which have high sound and heat insulation properties. The outer surface of the house is additionally insulated with mineral wool slabs ten centimeters thick, which ensures high energy efficiency and protects residents from street noise even more. Facing is carried out by decorative plaster, painted in white, yellow and brown tones.

The project provides for the installation of enlarged metal-plastic windows glazed with energy-saving two-chamber double-glazed windows.

The new building is equipped with modern engineering communications and a fire alarm. Elevators are not provided for by the project. Entrance groups are equipped with a durable reinforced concrete canopy, metal doors with insulation and special ramps designed for people with limited mobility.

Beautification

Lawns are breaking around the building, trees and ornamental shrubs are planted. Pedestrian paths and paved driveways are laid along the perimeter of the tiles. In the center of the courtyard, a children's town and a sports ground are equipped, a comfortable relaxation area with walking paths and benches is arranged.

Underground parking is being constructed, parking spaces for guest vehicles are located along the perimeter of the plot from the side of the street. The basement of the building provides office space.

Housing stock

The price at which apartments are sold in the Urker City residential complex includes rough finishing work:
