British Comfort Quarter in Karaganda

About the project

The residential complex British Comfortable Quarter is a multi-sectional building of different storeys, designed in the style of Victorian houses in London and located in a rapidly developing new neighborhood.

Features of the location of the new building 

RC "British Comfortable Quarter" in Karaganda is located in the Oasis microdistrict on Republic Avenue, about four and a half kilometers from the city akimat.

The new building borders a large plot of cottages, in the neighborhood there is all the necessary infrastructure. The nearest industrial area is more than a kilometer away. 

What's around 

Three hundred meters from the complex is the main mosque. At about the same distance, the center of boxing named after S. Sapiev, the sports complex "Karaganda Arena" and a shopping center. A large chain shopping mall is six hundred meters away. Nearby there are grocery stores, cafes, fast food establishments, a post office and the Ice Palace square.

Within a radius of one kilometer there are kindergartens "Daryndy Bala", "Maral" and "Shanyrak", as well as two secondary schools - No. 86 and No. 59. To the Intellectual School. Nazarbayev is about fifteen minutes walk.

Transport infrastructure

Complex characteristics

RC "British Comfortable Quarter" is a modern multi-unit multi-section building with several sections forming an entire residential quarter. The height of the sections varies from eight to twelve floors, while the developer draws up the upper floor in the form of an attic.

The house will be richly decorated with stucco, columns, porticoes and arched windows. Sculptural compositions are installed on its roof, domes are crowned with spiers. The apartments are equipped with window units with energy-saving two-chamber double-glazed windows, panoramic windows and balconies are provided for. 

The new building is equipped with high-speed silent elevators, all the necessary communications are connected. Entrance groups of the new complex are equipped with intercoms, measures are being taken to ensure barrier-free movement for people with disabilities. 

Landscaping and own infrastructure 

On the lower floors are shops, cafes, banks, service enterprises, offices and other urban and local infrastructure.

Near the house paved driveways and parking spaces for temporary parking of motor vehicles are arranged. Pedestrian paths covered with paving slabs are laid, lanterns set in the general style of the complex are installed. Underground parking is under construction. Trees and ornamental plants are planted on the territory, lawns planted with perennial grasses are broken.
