Residential complex Sirius - a new comfortable house with business-class apartments, which is located in a quiet area of ​​Almaty.

Architecture 

RC Sirius in Almaty is a ten-story apartment building designed in a modern style taking into account local climatic conditions. The new building has a high seismic resistance of 9 points.

The building has a solid reinforced concrete base and a monolithic frame of reinforced concrete. The house is built from environmentally friendly materials that meet international standards. The facades are additionally insulated, the external walls are lined with porcelain stoneware, travertine, granite and Cembrit fiber cement panels. 

The new building is equipped with silent high-speed elevators. Modern technological equipment is installed that supports the smooth functioning of all systems of the complex. The design of the entrance groups is being carried out. 

Beautification 

The territory of the Sirius RC is fenced and closed to outsiders. Here will be:

recreation areas with benches, gazebos and walking paths; 

children's play areas with swings, slides;

playground.

Near the new building is being built a large surface parking lot for guest transport. Underground parking is under construction. Paved walkways and driveways for cars.

The yard is landscaped using landscape design, decorative shrubs and trees are planted, flower beds are broken. At night, the complex organizes street lighting. On the ground floor of the building there will be shops and other infrastructure.
