The Dostar residential complex is a comfortable new building designed in a modern style with elements of classical architecture and located in a dynamically developing area of ​​the city.

About Location 

RC "Dostar" in Batys-2 microdistrict in Aktobe is located at ul. Oraza Tateuly, 2a at the border with the Bereke housing estate. The nearest major motorway is 180 meters away. Not far from the complex are industrial enterprises.

What's around 

Within a kilometer radius from the new building there is a stadium, ice rink, supermarkets, grocery stores and cafes. At a distance of 1.3 km is the Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics. Nazarbayev, Lyceum School No. 63, Sezam Education Center, Academy of Creativity, Aylin Kindergarten and Secondary School No. 64. A few blocks away is the ACE Tennis Center.

Transport connection

Nearby there are several buses with a minimum interval of ten minutes - to a stop no more than four minutes on foot. Aktobe Central Station is 8.5 km away, and the international airport can be reached by car in sixteen minutes.

Complex characteristics 

RC "Dostar" consists of four houses with a height of seven to eleven floors. The flat roof of the buildings is covered with soft roll waterproofing and decorated with small spiers.

New buildings are being built according to classical technology. Exterior walls of silicate brick with a thickness of 510 mm are insulated with mineral wool and faced with ceramic facing bricks of white and dark gray. The thickness of the internal brick walls is 390 mm, and the partitions between the rooms are 120 mm. 

Entrance groups are equipped with reinforced concrete canopies, reliable doors with heat insulation and ramps for disabled people are installed. Each building is equipped with a passenger silent elevator, fire extinguishing system and utilities. To provide residents with heating and hot water, an autonomous boiler room is being built. 

Principles of improvement 

The territory of the complex is closed to outsiders. The LCD provides an advanced security system - video surveillance cameras are installed throughout the territory and in houses.

Children’s play areas, sports fields and ground parking for guest transport are being built. An indoor heated parking for 200 cars is also provided. On the ground floor of the new building there are commercial premises. 

Walking paths covered with paving stones and passages for special vehicles are laid, street lighting devices are installed and decorative trees are planted.
