About Location 

ZhK Aviator Premium in Aktobe is located in Aviagorodok quarter near the picturesque Aviator Park and near the airport. The city akimat is almost eight kilometers away.

The new building borders on a plot built up with cottage type houses. Quite a busy highway passes near the LCD, and 930 meters to the railway.

Infrastructure

In the neighborhood there is a diagnostic center, several cafes and fast-food establishments, grocery stores and supermarkets, a local police station, and a concert hall is located in the park. The Aviator Stadium is less than a kilometer away.

A 10-12 minute walk is the secondary IT school-lyceum No. 72 named after Abish Kekilbaev and school No. 29, kindergartens Yertegi and Khanzada.

Transport connection 

Public transport is organized along Bokenbai Batyr Street, on which buses number 8 and number 48 run at intervals of ten minutes.

The airport is located less than one and a half kilometers away, and Aktobe Central Station is almost four kilometers away. 

Architecture 

RC Aviator Premium consists of eight three-story houses designed in a modern style, taking into account the necessary construction standards. The buildings have a flat roof, which is covered with soft roll waterproofing. All new buildings are built according to the classical technology of brick, their facades during the construction are insulated with a durable heat insulator and are faced with face brick.
