Residential complex "Alash Orda" - a new building in which everything is thought out to the smallest detail!

New building location 

Residential complex “Alash Orda” in Aktobe is located on Khalela Dosmukhameduly Street in Batys-2 microdistrict at a distance of five kilometers from the center. In the New Town under construction, it is planned to create a comfortable living environment, there are no industrial zones that negatively affect the environment, busy highways will also not interfere with residents.

What surrounds the complex 

The new building is located in a developing area, many social facilities are under construction. Nearby there is: a private school "Symbat", a children's educational center "Nectar", a kindergarten "Kulager", a department store "Bereket" and an ambulance station. Within a radius of one and a half kilometers there are restaurants Altyn Saray and Shanyrak, Nazarbayev Intellectual School, Aylin kindergarten, Doktor Plus pharmacy, a sports complex with a gym and a Dostyk pool, a recreation park, a mini -market “Sultan” and the store of products “Batys”. The nearest shopping centers "Сәт" and "Mega Planet", as well as clinic number 4, about two and a half kilometers.

Architecture 

RC "Alash Orda" - a residential complex of three houses nine and twelve floors high, located on a single stylobate.

The new building is constructed from environmentally friendly materials, each building has a solid monolithic frame made of reinforced concrete. The outer walls of the houses are insulated to achieve the necessary energy efficiency indicators; panoramic balconies are glazed. The facade is painted in bright colors. The flat roof of the houses is waterproofed with soft roll materials. 

The entrances are equipped with silent fast elevators. SMART complex "Alash Orda" has entrance groups lined with natural materials.

In own territory 

The buildings are located on the site in the shape of the letter "G", form a courtyard closed on both sides. On a spacious stylobate are located:

playgrounds with safety cover; 

walking alleys lined with paving slabs;

spacious relaxation area with gazebos and benches;

decorative plants.

At ground level in the courtyard is equipped with another large recreation area with gazebos and a sports ground for playing mini-football and basketball. There are places for guest vehicles on the territory, an underground parking is being built. On the ground floors of houses from the street are shops, cafes and other objects of their own infrastructure.

Transport 

So far, only one bus route No. 7 runs near the new building, connecting the microdistrict with the Aktobe railway station, the distance to which is eight kilometers. The Sapar bus station is seven kilometers from the complex, and about eight to the airport. There is a convenient exit from the new building to the M-32 highway and Novo-Aldazhanskaya road.
