The ALIYA residential complex is a presentable new building in a classic style with its own varied infrastructure and well-thought-out apartment layouts.

Location

The ALIYA residential complex in Aktobe is being built in the dynamically developing and built-up microdistrict Batys-3.

There is a busy highway next to the new building, which provides convenient transport links to other parts of the city. Around there are both apartment complexes and private cottage-type houses. There are no harmful industrial industries nearby, in general, the microdistrict has a good ecology.

What's next

Within a radius of two kilometers from the new building there are various shops, a mini-market, a swimming pool, a small park, pharmacies, fast food outlets, cafes, bars, bank and post offices, the Aybolit clinic, shopping centers, a dental clinic, a beauty salon, a skating rink and stadium.

In 20-25 minutes walk there are kindergartens "Teleshko", "Nectar", "Ailin", Kinder club, intellectual school "Nazarbayev", schools №10 and Symbat, school-lyceum №63, educational center "Super Ya", academy creativity.

About transport accessibility

The nearest public transport stop is an eight-minute walk away - there are several bus routes next to the new building.

The bus station "Sapar" is seven kilometers away, and the railway station "Aktobe" is located at a distance of almost nine kilometers. The international airport is no more than half an hour away by car.

Architecture and parameters

The residential complex "Aliya" is a large-scale modern development, which includes five-storey multi-section houses, designed in the same style, taking into account the peculiarities of the local climate and using proven brick technology.

During construction, external brick walls are insulated with an environmentally friendly durable heat insulator. For facing the facades of houses, white, brown, beige and yellow bricks are used.

The pitched, unexploited roof is tiled and equipped with an external drainage system. According to the project, interior decoration of halls and common areas is being carried out; glazed doors with insulation and a convenient ramp for people with limited mobility are installed at the entrance to each entrance.

Buildings are equipped with:

engineering systems and communications that meet international standards;

noiseless high-speed elevators;

the latest technological equipment;

central heating system.

Beautification

The multi-apartment buildings form several cozy courtyards, closed to outsiders. Round-the-clock video surveillance cameras are installed throughout the residential complex, and the safety of residents is also ensured by a professional security service.

Comfortable recreation areas with gazebos and small architectural forms are being set up in the courtyards, playgrounds with swings and slides and sports grounds with outdoor exercise equipment are being built. There are even grounds for basketball and other sports games fenced with a metal mesh.

Between the houses there are driveways for cars and pedestrian paths lined with paving slabs, along which lanterns in the classic style are installed. Landscaping of the territory is carried out, including flower beds are broken and ornamental trees with shrubs are planted.
