Features of the architecture

Despite the fact that the "Family" residential complex belongs to the budget category of real estate, it cannot be confused with other new buildings. Using simple but effective methods, the developer managed to give the complex an original appearance that does not allow it to get lost against the background of other new houses.

The new building includes nine buildings of different heights - from the already familiar nine-story buildings to twenty-four-story buildings.

The buildings are erected using a monolithic-frame technology using aerated concrete blocks used for the construction of walls. The facades are thermally insulated with mineral wool insulation and revetted with hinged ventilated panels of different colors made of ceramics, granite and fundermax.

Plastic window blocks are glazed with energy-efficient high-quality double-glazed windows.

Territory inside

On the inner territory of the Semya residential complex, recreation areas with benches, gazebos and walking paths are being equipped. Sports grounds are being built, as well as safe playgrounds for children. Surface open car parks are being organized, underground parking is being equipped. Driveways are being arranged, access roads are being asphalted. Street lights are being installed.

Transport infrastructure

Residents of the new building can quickly get to anywhere in the city. There is a convenient exit to Tauelsizdik Avenue, along Charles de Gaulle Street and Maral Bridge it is easy to move to the left bank right into the center of the capital. It takes only a couple of minutes to get to the bus stop. The bus station is located eight kilometers from the new building.
