About the project

The residential complex Zam-Zam is a new building put into operation, in which everything is thought out in such a way as to offer residents maximum comfort and coziness of living.

Location

The new building is located in the left-bank part of Nur-Sultan near the intersection of Turan and Sygynak avenues. The business and administrative center of the capital, a large number of sports facilities and a modern medical cluster are relatively close. The Botanical Garden is 1.6 km away. The distance to the Presidential Park is about 3 km.

In the immediate vicinity of the new building there is a Green Market supermarket, a grocery store "Azbuka Vkusa", a little further on the shopping center Festival Avenue, Asia Park, "Khan Shatyr". On the opposite side of Turan Avenue there are several medical institutions, including the Center for Motherhood and Childhood, the Republican Diagnostic Center, the Center for Neurosurgery, and the Cardiac Surgery Center. Also nearby is the city prosecutor's office, the Tax Committee, an amusement park, the Arman cinema.

Transport

Public transport actively runs along the nearby Turan Avenue, represented by bus routes No. 40, 50, 51, 53, 61. The railway station is located at a distance of more than 8 km, about 11.5 km to the Nursultan Nazarbayev airport.

Features of the project

Residential complex "Zam-Zam" in Nur-Sultan is a 12-storey building consisting of eight blocks and built using monolithic technology with the additional use of gas blocks. The façade of the basement is decorated with granite, while the above is finished with decorative plaster.

On the underground level there is a parking lot for 330 cars, the first floor is reserved for the placement of commercial and social infrastructure facilities, including its own fitness center. The courtyard space, located on the spacious roof of the parking, is thought out in such a way as to be a comfortable place for rest and active leisure. There are sports grounds with outdoor exercise equipment, bike paths, bicycle parking, and ping-pong tables. Round-the-clock security and video surveillance are provided.

Apartments

The new building "Zam-Zam" offers apartments of various sizes with a ceiling height of 3 meters. The layouts are very spacious with large rooms, comfortable lounges and panoramic windows. Finishing is carried out pre-finishing with all the necessary communications wiring.
