The Nexpo City residential complex is another project from the BI Group holding, which is part of the development of the Nexpo territory with an area of ​​17 hectares.

Location

The basis of a multi-storey new building is a solid reinforced concrete monolithic foundation and a frame that provides the necessary earthquake resistance. A flat, unexploited roof is covered with roll waterproofing and equipped with internal gutters.

External walls made of aerated concrete blocks are insulated with a durable heat insulator and ensure high energy efficiency of housing. The facade is faced with fiber cement slabs, in addition, the project provides for special baskets for the installation of air conditioners.

The halls are decorated with high quality materials. The complex is equipped with high-speed noiseless elevators with increased carrying capacity, a modern fire-prevention system and other necessary technological equipment, which ensures the smooth operation of all communications. At the entrances to the entrances, glazed doors with insulation are mounted.

About improvement

The courtyard is 2554 sq. m fenced and closed to outsiders. Round-the-clock surveillance cameras are installed along the entire perimeter, and its own security service will operate here.

According to the project, conditions for barrier-free movement of people with limited mobility are provided on the territory of the residential complex. Walking paths are laid, lined with paving slabs, along which lanterns are installed. Landscape gardening is being carried out - ornamental plants and trees are planted, lawns are equipped.

The courtyard is equipped with a playground with a safe surface and recreation areas with gazebos and benches. Indoor parking is being constructed for residents' cars.

On the first level of the new building there are commercial premises with high ceilings and stained glass windows.
