Residential complex "Khabar" in Nur-Sultan is being built in the right-bank part of 17/1 Taskesken Street. The area is actively developing, in the neighborhood of the new building there are houses of medium and low storey.

Transport interchange

There is a public transport stop 450 meters from the new building - traffic is established along Ainakol and Sagadat Nurmagambetov streets. Here are the routes of buses # 29 and # 33. The minimum driving interval is twenty minutes. From the complex you can go to R. Koshkarbayev Avenue in just two minutes.

The Nurly Zhol railway station is located at a distance of just over four kilometers. The railway station "Nur-Sultan-1" and the bus station "Saparzhai" are ten kilometers away. The trip by car to the international airport "Nursultan Nazarbayev" will take less than half an hour.

Features of the new building

The Habar residential complex will consist of eight houses with a height of nine to ten floors, which are being built in several stages.

The new building is designed in a modern style in accordance with all requirements for the level of comfort and reliability of the structure.

Buildings are constructed using monolithic frame technology, which provides high seismic resistance. The facades are insulated with an effective heat insulator. The project includes night illumination of the facades. The flat, unexploited roof of the complex is covered with soft roll waterproofing and equipped with internal gutters.

The new building is equipped with modern technological equipment, high-quality utilities. One cargo-passenger elevator is installed in each section. Interior decoration of halls and common areas is in progress.

About the improvement of the new building

According to the project, the adjacent territory will be equipped taking into account the needs of people with limited mobility - the necessary conditions for barrier-free movement will be created.

The courtyard of the Habar residential complex will be closed to outsiders. A comfortable recreation area with a gazebo, a playground for children, pedestrian paths and asphalt driveways are being built here. Landscape gardening is carried out, including ornamental plants and shrubs, various trees are planted.

At night, the area is illuminated by street lamps. Heated underground parking is being constructed for residents' cars, and ground parking is provided for guest vehicles.
