Features of the complex

During the construction of the seven-story four-section building, the developer uses environmentally friendly materials and advanced technologies.

The building is being constructed using brick technology. External brick walls 60 cm thick are insulated with a 10 cm layer of mineral wool, which guarantees high heat and sound insulation of the apartments. The facade is finished with decorative travertine plaster.

The equipment of the house includes modern engineering systems, smoke detectors, installation of low-noise elevators with a lifting capacity of 1000 kg and installation of a metal entrance door.
