About the project

Residential complex “12 months” is a small block of multi-storey buildings with comfort class apartments that fully comply with modern quality standards.

New building location 

RC "12 months" in Almaty is being built in the Almaly district near the intersection of Muratbaev and Makatayev streets. Near the new building there are large industrial enterprises and noisy busy highways. The railway runs 290 meters from the complex.

Infrastructure 

In the neighborhood there are shops, a business center and service stations, supermarkets and convenience stores, a variety of cafes, bars, pizzerias and restaurants. Clinic number 5 is less than half a kilometer. At a distance of 1.3 km is a large shopping and entertainment center Mega Park.

Within a kilometer radius there is a comprehensive school No. 16 and No. 95, a linguistic school-lyceum, a financial and banking academy, a vocational school No. 02, a college of fashion and design, a lyceum No. 24, Alma School, the Kazgipromash Institute and a day nursery No. 43. 

Transport connection 

The nearest public transport stop is a five-minute walk away. Bus No. 20 runs on Makatayev Street at intervals of 30 minutes. There is another stop on Raiymbek Avenue 600 meters away - buses No. 4, 7, 10, 11, 13, 23, 40, 50, 54, 63A, 69, 72, 78, 88 and 141 are established here. The minimum interval for the arrival of vehicles at stop - nine minutes. Raiymbek Batyr metro station is just over 2.5 km away.

Almaty-2 Train Station is 2.7 km away. The international airport is a 27-minute drive away. 

Complex Features 

The residential complex consists of twelve houses with a height of thirteen floors, designed in a single modern style, in harmony with the general style of the neighborhood. All buildings have good earthquake resistance.

The houses have a frame of monolithic concrete, the outer walls are filled with a gas block and insulated with a 100 mm thick basalt plate. The ventilated facade is faced with metal cassettes. 

Construction technology enables apartment owners to independently change the layout of housing. The buildings are equipped with noiseless freight and passenger elevators. 

Territory inside 

RC "12 months" has a landscaped area. Around the houses there are parking spaces for guest vehicles and wide driveways. A large underground parking is also under construction.

The yard is closed to outsiders, vehicles are prohibited here. Pedestrian paths are laid between the houses, a large game town for children, sports grounds, recreation areas is being built on the territory. Modern street lighting was organized, trees and ornamental shrubs were planted, lawns were broken.
