Arbat residential complex in Almaty is located in Almaly district at the intersection of Zhibek Zholy avenue and Nauryzbay batyr street. There are no large industrial zones in the microdistrict, the railway is 1.8 km away. The metro station "Zhibek Zholy" is a maximum of 10 minutes walk.

About transport

Features of the complex

RC "Arbat" is a stylish eight-section new building with a height of eleven to fourteen floors. The main feature of the complex is the use of bi-directional monolithic structures made of reinforced concrete during construction, due to which the building has a nine-point seismic resistance. In addition, the use of monolithic frame technology will allow future owners to independently change the internal layout of their housing and even unite neighboring apartments.

The walls of the building are insulated with an environmentally friendly heat insulator, which improves the sound and heat insulation characteristics of the housing. The facade is clad with modern high quality materials.
