About the project

The residential complex President's Park is a new low-rise development project from the famous BI Group company, which is designed in the style of “luxurious minimalism”.

Location

Residential complex President's Park in Almaty is being built in the prestigious Bostandyk district near the park named after N.A. Nazarbayev and the golf resort "Zhailau". The unique location of the new building will enable residents to enjoy all the benefits of the metropolis, but not to suffer from the hustle and bustle.

Features of the new building

The residential complex "Presidents Park" includes ten three-storey buildings, which are being built in three stages.

All buildings are constructed from environmentally friendly modern materials using technology that allows you to create comfortable and durable high-strength housing.

The houses have a reinforced concrete frame. The walls are built of bricks and gas blocks. The facades have high energy efficiency, which is provided by the insulation of the outer surface with a durable heat insulator. Brick and natural stone are used for cladding the external walls. The facade is decorated with cornices, various decorative elements, night illumination and even fancy painting.

Low-rise buildings are equipped with fire alarms, modern utilities connected to the city's networks, including heating, and a water filtration system. Low-noise elevators are being installed.

For the barrier-free movement of people with disabilities, the entrance lobbies are located at ground level. Each section has a spacious entrance hall with high ceilings and wide stained glass windows. The halls are decorated with marble, wood and glass.

Beautification principles

In the center of the closed for cars and fenced area of ​​the residential complex, a promenade will be built. CCTV cameras are installed along the entire perimeter, there is a checkpoint at the entrance. There is a security service in the residential complex.

The complex includes its own fitness club with exercise equipment, and on the exploited rooftops there are spacious terraces for relaxation. A large underground parking is being built. The territory is landscaped with elements of landscape design - a gardener will monitor the maintenance of order.

On the ground floor of the new building there are commercial premises for offices, cafes, shops.
