Residential complex "Urban" in Nur-Sultan is being built on the right bank in the promising actively developing Almaty region between Sh. Kaldayakova and A30 streets.

This part of the capital is being built up with new residential buildings and urban infrastructure. From here it is no more than four kilometers to the Presidential Park and only two kilometers to the bank of the Ishim River. The nearest busy motorway is about 450 meters away.

Within a radius of two kilometers there is a specialized hospital Astana Medical Center, a gymnasium school No. 83 and No. 86, a physical and technical lyceum No. 73, a comprehensive school No. 74, kindergartens No. 81, No. 93 "Aygolek", "Tolagai" No. 66, and also cafes, restaurants, bank branches and a drama theater.

At a distance of three kilometers there is the Kazakh National University of Arts, the Palace of Independence, the Khazret Sultan mosque. The children's hospital №2, city hospital №1 and the Magnum Cash & Carry hypermarket are about 4.5 km away.

Transport accessibility

A bus stop is located 120 meters from the complex, on Temirbek Zhurgenov Street. In seven minutes you can walk to the stop on Nazhimedenova Street, along which buses No. 14 and No. 50 run. Along the same street, you can quickly get to the Arys bridge, which connects the right-bank and left-bank parts of the capital.

The railway station "Nurly Zhol" is no more than three kilometers, the bus station "Saparzhai" is thirteen kilometers from the complex. It takes half an hour to get to the international airport by car.

Construction features and characteristics of the residential complex

The design of the new complex includes modern operational characteristics that provide the necessary seismic resistance and a high level of comfort at a relatively low cost of housing maintenance.

The new building is being constructed using proven brick technology. The facade is insulated with an environmentally friendly durable heat insulator and faced with bricks. The building has a flat roof, which during construction is covered with soft roll waterproofing and equipped with internal gutters.

Each apartment has loggias with full glazing and stained-glass windows with energy-saving double-glazed windows - they provide good heat and sound insulation of housing, as well as excellent daylight illumination of all rooms.
