At 840 meters from the new building, the Nura-Ishim canal, there are many squares and parks around and the Green Belt of Astana begins. Silence and excellent ecology of the area along with modern infrastructure will make life in the new building even more comfortable.

There are grocery stores, a supermarket, a cafe, a hospital of the UD of the President of Kazakhstan in the neighborhood. Complex characteristics

The seven-storey new building of three sections is designed in a modern urban style and harmoniously fits into the overall architectural ensemble of the capital. The house is being built using proven technologies from environmentally friendly materials.

The building has a flat, unexploited roof and a solid foundation. Hollow ceramic bricks are used as wall material. The facades are insulated with a 5 cm thick layer of mineral wool and faced with clinker bricks and Iranian travertine.

The interroom walls are made of two ceramic blocks with Acoustic soundproofing material. Interior walls - single ceramic block.

The apartments are equipped with large PVC windows with triple glazing, which ensures high energy efficiency and a decent level of comfort. Loggias are glazed.

Halls and common areas are being designed for:

floor covering - large-format terrazzo interspersed with emerald and terracotta crumbs;

minimalistic MDF panels for painting;

wooden railings against the walls with a mortise handrail;

glass railings with wooden handrails.

The new building is equipped with the necessary utilities and modern fire alarms, and their entrance groups are equipped in accordance with the requirements to ensure the barrier-free movement of citizens with disabilities. A silent passenger elevator is installed in each section. Storage rooms are located on the technical floor.
