Architecture and main characteristics

The Orken residential complex consists of two twelve-storey buildings, designed in accordance with modern requirements for structural reliability and energy efficiency class.

Houses are built using a monolithic-frame technology, which guarantees high seismic resistance of the structure and good operational characteristics of the housing. Building facades are insulated with a durable heat insulator. The buildings will have a flat roof equipped with internal gutters and covered with soft roll waterproofing.

Each section has two high-speed elevators. The new building is equipped with the necessary modern technological equipment and high-quality communications. Doors with insulation are installed at the entrances to the entrances.

Improvement of the yard

Near the new building, pedestrian paths and wide driveways are laid, providing fire trucks access to any part of each building. According to the project, parking spaces for guest vehicles will be allocated on the adjacent territory.

A modern children's playground is being built in the courtyard, next to it there will be a recreation area with benches. Street lighting is being installed, shrubs and ornamental plants are planted.
