Location of the new building

LCD Lotos Terrace in Almaty is being built in the developed Almaly district on the street. Varlamov on the east coast of Lake Sairan, which is only 300 meters away. The well-maintained embankment is suitable for both morning jogging and romantic evening walks.

This is a green part of the city with good ecology and no large industrial enterprises, and the nearest highway is more than 700 meters away. All conditions for life, work and various recreation have been created in the region.

RC "Lotos Terrace" is a house of three sections with an exploited roof, where there are 12 private and 3 common terraces, the safety of which is ensured by high railings and metal partitions between them. Melting water and rain flow down the drain, which is equipped with a new building.

The building is constructed using advanced technologies from materials that meet environmental safety criteria, which ensures comfortable living conditions.

The construction of the new building is based on a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, which guarantees nine-point seismic resistance. The facade is insulated with an environmentally friendly heat insulator and revetted with metal cassettes. On the facade there are special baskets for the installation of air conditioners.

According to the project, the design of common areas is being carried out and the house is equipped with modern utilities, including a central heating system. The new building is also equipped with a fire-prevention system and quiet comfortable elevators.

Beautification

Special attention is paid to the safety of residents - the adjacent territory is fenced off and equipped with round-the-clock video surveillance cameras. A security service will also work in the complex.

There will be ground parking for cars. The necessary conditions for barrier-free movement are provided on the territory, including the entrance groups are equipped with ramps for citizens with disabilities.

Pedestrian paths and asphalt driveways are being laid near the house, modern street lighting is being installed, flower beds are being broken, trees and ornamental plants are planted.
