Residential complex Ush Qonyr in Almaty is being built within the boundaries of Furmanov and Kunaev streets in a well-developed area of ​​the city. Quite noisy and busy highways pass near the new building. The railway is about 850 meters away.

Near the new building there are 24-hour supermarkets, grocery stores, cafes, a dental clinic and a police station, a post office, banks and a business center. Features of the new building

According to the project, the residential complex "Ush Konyr" will consist of nine houses with a height of ten to sixteen floors. The buildings are built using monolithic technology, a strong reinforced concrete frame provides the maximum earthquake resistance required for the area.

In the course of construction, environmentally friendly materials are used, and the technologies used make it possible to achieve high levels of energy efficiency. External walls made of reinforced concrete and foam blocks are insulated with mineral wool. Illumination of facades is provided in the dark.

Passenger-and-freight elevators are installed in the entrances. Houses are equipped with the necessary technological equipment, all engineering communications are connected to the central networks of the city.

Improvement of residential complex

The project provides for the complete improvement of the "Ush Konyr" complex and its territory. Here, children's and sports grounds with injury-safe surfaces and modern equipment are being built, recreation areas are being set up. A network of pedestrian paths and driveways is being laid. The territory is landscaped, 24-hour video surveillance cameras are installed.

Two underground parking lots for 565 cars are under construction. Also, a place has been allocated for the arrangement of a ground guest parking. The lower floors of new buildings are reserved for the placement of commercial objects.
