About the project

The Polytechnic residential complex is located in the central part of Voronezh, in a formed and well-maintained quarter on the site of demolished dilapidated houses. The location is conveniently located near Moscow Avenue (600 meters), several public transport stops (up to ten minutes walk) and a variety of infrastructure.

There are a lot of green spaces in the residential quarter, and the Central City Park begins 2.5 km away. Twenty minutes walk to the railway station or the Central bus station of Voronezh. The drive from the house to the city center (Lenin Square) takes fifteen minutes, and twenty minutes to the international airport or federal highway M-4 Don.

Infrastructure

On the ground floor of the house there are seven commercial premises. In the new quarter, it is planned to open a kindergarten for 55 children. A wide selection of infrastructure within walking distance is one of the main advantages of the complex. Nearby are: Voronezh State Technical University, Voronezh State University of Railway Engineering, comprehensive schools No. 18, 8 and 80, art school No. 6, a school of foreign languages and a sports complex.

In the immediate environment there are: five kindergartens, a maternity hospital, a clinic, a dental clinic and other medical institutions. Within walking distance are several supermarket chains, a bank, a post office, pharmacies, beauty salons, a food market, etc. In the next building is the registry office.

Developer Reliability

Residential complex "Polytechnic" is the first house in the project for the integrated development of the quarter between Polytechnic Lane and Yelets Street in place of ten dilapidated two-story houses. The competition for the right to build-up held in 2016 was won by Chernozemspetsstroy, but later it became part of Parnas-2001 LLC, which became the official developer of the project.

The company was founded in 2001, the construction of the first house was started in 2002. Among the constructed facilities are residential buildings on Moskovsky Prospekt (44a) and on Perevertkina (10a), Peshe-Streletskaya (100), Khuslyanov (40d) and the 45th Infantry Division. The permission to build the first building of the new project (Polytechnic LCD) was issued in February 2018.
