Clubhouse "Smolenskaya 18" embodies the principle of a clubhouse in the English style with a cozy and beautiful courtyard. The author of the idea of ​​the Smolenskaya 18 clubhouse is the famous architect Sergey Zabnin, who represents the Personal Creative Workshop No. 3 of the Union of Architects, whose portfolio includes dozens of successful projects in Voronezh.
