Architecture

The Art City residential complex in Kazan has more than twenty ten-story buildings. The houses are built of solid silicate brick, the basis of the design of each building is a reinforced concrete monolithic frame and a solid monolithic foundation. The facades of houses are insulated with mineral wool thermal insulating plates and are lined with hinged ventilated panels coated with porcelain tiles of white, brown, gray, blue, green and other dim colors.

The buildings are equipped with passenger and passenger-and-freight silent elevators, fire alarms are installed, utilities are connected to the central city networks, with the exception of the gas pipeline - electric stoves are installed in the kitchens. Entrance groups are equipped with ramps for people with limited mobility and metal doors equipped with intercoms.
