В принципе только из одного расположения уже можно было брать). Тут, конечно, масса плюсов: терасы, продуманная планировка и ооочень красивый холл.

Original language: RussianВ целом Савин получается очень самобытный, архитектура спокойная, предусмотрено видеонаблюдение и отсутствие машин во дворах. Плюсы - паркинг, планировки, вход по магнитному ключу, консьерж, хороший застройщик. Из минусов - быстро дорожает, надо покупать как можно быстрее.
