About the project

The residential complex "South Park" is a new quarter, which is located in the ecologically clean suburb of Kazan.

Location

LCD is located on the street. Lilac in the village of Usady, Laishevsky District, near the Davlikeevsky Forest, twenty kilometers from the Kazan Kremlin. Near the new building passes the railway.

What's near

There is a grocery store half a kilometer away, to a chain supermarket and several more stores less than a kilometer away. Usadsky gymnasium and a private school with a kindergarten "Egoza" 2.5 km.

Transport

A fifteen minute walk is the Combin station. Near the complex there is a public transport stop. Two kilometers passes the highway R-239, on which you can quickly go to the center of Kazan.

Architecture

LCD "South Park" in Kazan consists of six single-section nineteen-story towers and seven five-story multi-section buildings. All cases have a reinforced concrete monolithic frame, providing the necessary structural strength. Houses are built from environmentally friendly materials that meet modern standards of quality and energy efficiency.

The walls of buildings are made of brick, aerated concrete, as well as ceramic blocks. The developer uses mineral wool to warm the facades. Five-story buildings are faced with ceramic facing bricks, and nine-story houses are lined with ventilated panels covered with ceramic granite slabs.

Reinforced concrete canopies are installed above the entrances to the entrances, and ramps are also provided for low-mobility groups of the population.
