The modern Fabryczna City complex is located on the site of the former State Vodka Factory "POLMOS", a place with almost 100 years of history. The buildings have a modern and simple form, they are made in contrasting colors - white and dark gray. The ground floors of the buildings are built of red brick, which creates an architectural effect of combining the historical character of the place with modernity.
