The Rakowicka 14 investment ("Pod Czaplą" tenement house) is a revitalized tenement house with a superstructure in a complex with a detached two-story office building in the back room, located in a historic district close to the center of Krakow.

Location

The tenement house is located on Wesoła, a little east of Kleparz, at ul. Rakowicka, near its intersection with ul. A. Lubomirski, in the vicinity of the University of Economics. The entire neighborhood is characterized by a consistent style of development.

The vicinity of the investment

There is a Żabka grocery store across the street. On the ground floor of a number of buildings adjacent to the investment there are bars, restaurants, a bistro, a Carrefour Express shop, specialist doctor's offices and a clinical hospital. There are also other points within walking distance: pharmacy, ATM, fitness club. Within a few dozen meters there is a Primary School No. 3 with Integration Departments and a Complex of Schools and Special Institutions. The nearest nursery ("Kids' Club" Motylkowa Kraina ") is 300 m away. There are four general secondary schools within the boundaries of the Grzegórzki district. Shopping centers - the closest, Galeria Krakowska - and business centers - Centrum Biurowe Lubicz, Browar Lubicz, Hi Five, and Unity Tower are located near the investment. The City Hall, Administrative and Court Center are also located nearby. The Old Town, the Wawel Royal Castle, the Teatr im. Juliusz Słowacki. In addition, there is the Krakow Opera (350 m) in Wesoła. Architecture

The tenement house in the style of Krakow modernism from 1937 - the work of architects S. Zydroń and S. Matuszyński - is entered on the list of monuments in Krakow. In the new version, the tenement house received an emblem in the form of a flying "Heron" made by prof. Stefan Dousa of the Cracow University of Technology. The superstructure of the tenement house is in the style of its historical part.

The infrastructure of the estate

The investment area is monitored, the plot has been fenced with the existing historic wall complemented with panels and steel mesh. The area is developed with pedestrian paths with a paved surface. The yard was arranged in greenery, bushes, trees were planted. In the area of ​​the investment, elements of small architecture were installed: benches, bicycle stands, park lamps. There are parking spaces in the underground multi-car garage and storage rooms for residents. There are two service premises on the ground floor. The building is equipped with a passenger elevator, accessible from the mezzanine.

Communication

The bus station and the Kraków Główny PKP railway station are located 150-200 m from the investment. Bus no. 182, 189 and 501 and tram no. 13 stop at the nearby "Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny" public transport stop. You can get to the Kraków - Balice airport by SKM trains or by car. The journey takes 30 minutes.

About apartments

The tenement house houses 28 apartments with a layout from 1 to 2 rooms. There are sizes from 18 to 45 m2. Wooden window joinery was used. The premises are equipped with an anti-burglary entrance door with a peephole. Video intercoms are installed in the apartments.
