About the project

The Bucharest residential complex is an original project of a comfortable new building with ergonomic apartments in the dynamically developing Esil district of the capital.

Location of the new building

Bucharest residential complex in Nur-Sultan is being built on Alikhan Bokeikhanov street. This is an actively developed part of the city with convenient transport links and all the necessary infrastructure.

It is less than a kilometer from the new building to the Botanical Garden, and one and a half kilometers from the Presidential Park. There are no large industrial enterprises nearby, and the nearest busy highway is almost 300 meters away.

Surrounding infrastructure

Several grocery stores, gas stations, Pineapple kindergartens and Seed school operate in the vicinity of the complex.

Within a kilometer radius there are supermarkets, a shopping center, restaurants and bars, coffee shops and pastry shops, bank and post offices, dental clinics, pharmacies, the Astana Ballet theater, the Sparta team sports club, the Victoria Miller club fitness club, and a spa.

In 10-15 minutes walk, school-lyceum №84, child development center Progress, academy of choreography, kindergartens №15 "Daryn", "Karlygash", № "Daryn", secondary school №45, international school.

The Mega Silk Way shopping and entertainment center, Expo-2017 and Nazarbayev University are 2.5 km away. A little further there is the central hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, city hospital No. 2, children's infectious diseases hospital No. 2. The Magnum Cash & Carry hypermarket is ten minutes away by car.

About transport

The stop is located 210 meters from the residential complex "Bucharest". To the stop on Mangilik El Avenue, along which buses No. 15, No. 18, No. 35, No. 46, No. 54 and No. 70 run at a minimum interval of six minutes, about 500 meters.

The Saparzhai-2 bus station and the Nurly Zhol railway station are located nine kilometers away. The international airport "Nursultan Nazarbayev" can be reached by car in eighteen minutes.

Complex characteristics

The ten-storey new building is designed in a classic style with elements of modern architecture, taking into account the seismic activity and climatic features of the region.

The complex is being built of bricks using proven technologies. The new building has a flat, unexploited roof, which is covered with soft roll waterproofing and equipped with a system of internal gutters. The facade is insulated and decorated in beige and brown shades.

The apartments have glazed balconies. Large windows with panoramic glazing and energy-saving double-glazed windows are being installed, which will provide not only good insolation of housing, but also its high energy efficiency.

Residential complex "Bucharest" is equipped with modern utilities, intercoms and fire alarms. A low-noise passenger lift is installed in each section. The design of the entrance groups and common areas is being carried out.
