Architecture

The Forum Residens residential complex consists of six ten-story houses that form a closed, cozy courtyard. The complex has a stylish design and fits seamlessly into the ensemble of urban development. The houses are designed taking into account the local climate and seismic activity of the region.

The buildings have a flat roof equipped with an internal gutter. The nine-point seismic resistance of the structure is given by a reinforced concrete monolithic frame. External walls are insulated with an environmentally friendly heat insulator. To finish the facade, metal HPI panels are used.

Panoramic windows in metal-plastic binders with double-chamber double-glazed windows provide excellent insolation of residential premises. The apartments provide for panoramic glazing of balconies and loggias.
