About the project

Residential complex Nomad - an original project of a new quarter in the old city center.

Complex characteristics

LCD "Nomad" - six apartment buildings with a height of thirteen floors, designed in a modern style taking into account the characteristics of the area. Buildings are constructed from environmentally friendly building materials that fully comply with the necessary quality standards. The applied monolithic-frame technology guarantees a seismic resistance of nine points and high energy efficiency of housing.

New buildings have a strong reinforced concrete frame, a stable and solid monolithic foundation. During construction, the facade is insulated with a durable heat insulator and is faced with decorative plaster of beige and light brown.

In high-rise buildings, passenger high-speed elevators are installed. Engineering communications of the complex, including domestic hot water and heating, are connected to the central networks of the city. To ensure the smooth operation of all systems in the new building, modern technological equipment is installed.

Features of improvement

Particular attention in the design of the complex was paid to landscaping. The yards are located on the stylobate and are equipped with recreation areas, playgrounds with swings and slides and sports grounds. The complex will have its own kindergarten, designed for 180 seats.
