The residential complex 4 seasons consists of six twelve-storey blocks, designed in accordance with modern requirements for the level of housing comfort and energy efficiency.

High seismic resistance is provided by a reinforced concrete monolithic frame, the walls are built from aerated blocks. The facade is insulated and revetted with fiber cement panels.
